• What time is check-in and check out?

  • Check-in time is at 3pm. Check out time is at 11am.

• How many people can sleep here?

  • There are 4 bedrooms that make up the total of 9 beds. 6 twins (2 sets of bunkbeds and 2 stacked beds), 2 queens, and 1 king. You can sleep 12 people comfortably in all the beds.
     

• How many bathrooms are there? 

  • 2 full baths (shared hallway bath and master bathroom).
     

• How many cars can I park here?

  • 4-5 cars
     

• What amenities are provided?

  • We have Wi-Fi, TV with streaming and movies, laundry room, BRAND NEW hot tub, full kitchen, firepit and lots of space.
     

• Is this accessible to all guests?

  • Yes, all doors are 36" wide to provide space for wheelchairs to come through. It is a single level home with no stairs. The driveway is all flat, also making it accessible.
     

• Can I bring my pet(s)?

  • To maintain a lower cleaning fee and the beauty of the home, please leave your pet(s) at home. We do allow service animals.

• What is there to do around the area?

  • Check out our ‘things to do’ page to learn about local and close by activities.
     

• Is this a good place for a company retreat or bachelorette/bachelor party?

  • Yes, there is quite a bit of space for gathering as a team or with all your friend groups for a fun time. Please note that there is a 10pm curfew as there is a next door neighbor. 
     

• Can I have a wedding here?

  • At this time we are not set up for the capacity to have a wedding here.
